(TSX-V: WG; OTC-QX: WGPLF) is pleased to announce that its common shares (the “Shares”) have been approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”). Effective at market opening on Thursday December 4, 2014, the Company’s Shares will commence trading on the TSX under the symbol “WG”. Concurrent with the TSX listing, Wellgreen Platinum’s Shares will be de-listed from the TSX Venture Exchange.
